Dulwich Reflexology COVID-19 Policy

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and maintain safety, the following procedures and changes have been put in place. I will personally ensure that the following will be carried out in accordance with Association of Reflexologists guidelines and government regulations.

I will personally ensure that the following will be carried out in accordance with Association of Reflexologists guidelines and government regulations:

  • ▪ Windows will be opened for 15 minutes before and after each client, and may remain open during treatment (weather permitting) to allow free flow of air into the room
  • ▪ Freshly laundered towels, linen and blankets will be used for each client
  • ▪ All wipeable surfaces, including treatment chair, door handles bottles and equipment will be cleaned in between clients
  • ▪ Toilet which will be cleaned after each client by wiping door handles, light switches, taps and flush
  • ▪ I will wear a mask and change uniform after every client
  • ▪ Individual bottle of water and individual packets of tissues be available for you and must be taken on leaving - you may of course bring your own

When you arrive:

  • ▪ You will be asked to use hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol content or wash hands. Hand soap will be in a pump dispenser and individual towels will be provided
  • ▪ Please wear a mask unless contraindicated by a diagnosed medical condition
  • ▪ Risk assessment forms will be completed before every treatment with reference to 'Can I treat my client' guidelines from Association of Reflexologists
  • ▪ As is usual practice, you will be required to sign the Privacy Policy, and this permits me to share your details with NHS Test and Trace if requested
  • ▪ All your personal belongings will remain in treatment room
  • ▪ Payment to be by bank transfer prior to treatment, otherwise exact money only

Your personal safety and preventing the spread of COVID-19 is of paramount importance to me. Hopefully in the future, some of these measures may be relaxed. Until that time comes, I am confident that you will enjoy, and benefit from your treatment just as much as before.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns about how the above measures may affect your treatment.
